Jim Slack was born in 1941 in Pekin Illinois. Jim has been carving close to 40 years. Jim primarily carves duck and shorebird decoys. This is one of his earlier pieces. It was purchased from Williams & Sons Country Store and you can see the older sticker from that store still on the bottom. It is also signed ''red knot'' and signed by Jim Slack. This will be carefully packaged for shipment and mailed same business day. This comes from a smoke free home.
