I don''t see any writing or tears on any pages. The pages are somewhat yellowed and has the old book smell to it. Binding isn''t super tight, but it''s held together fairly well.

Overall, it seems fair to good for its age.

I am not a book expert but tried to take enough photos so you could see condition.
