However this is a vintage size 12 so check the measurements Im not sure how old this item is but my guess would be the 1950s or 60s the waist measurements are 26 to 30 inches the hip measurements are about 40 the length of the skirt is is 44 in top to bottom. This is meant to be worn high up on the waist and to go underneath a wedding dress or any kind of costume you want to use.
