Beautiful pre owned cuff in great condition and only mild light scratches that comes with use. This fits my 6.25” wrist perfectly and comfortably so it would fit a women up to 6 1/4” wrist and not larger. The form on this cuff is very strong so no ability to adjust. Please see all photos for visual fit. It measures 5.5” end-end and 1 1/8” gap = 6 5”
