This cheerful cuff shines with traditional Taxco motifs--sterling silver beads & braid, with multicolored inlays on a dark niello ground.

Stamped "TL-120 Mexico 925," it’s 1/2 inch wide and 6-7/8” around the inside, including a 1-1/4" gap. Fits comfortably loose on my 6-5/8” wrist.

Weighs a respectable 33g, but sits lightly on the arm like a bangle.

Bought for myself to lighten my mood--it works!

The vendor said the cabochons likely stone and resin. Based on temps, I think they’re resin. Modern Taxco production lines available online have niello and dense, bright-colored inlays not specified as gemstones. Past Taxco artisans have used resin gems at times.

I like natural stone but find this cuff no less sweet, charming and comfortable. (I buy a lot of jewelry and periodically sell it.)

In very good vintage condition. The shape is slightly uneven from being worn. But it lays flat and I don''t see any damage or wear.
