Good shape with no major wear or damage. The waist belt has a bit of stitching that has come undone (See pics for detail). The integrity of the belt is intact, it''s just cosmetic. A seamstress could fix it up in a jiff. Overall, This is a very fine example of a vintage London Fog Trench Coat that does not show much use.
