Honestly speaking, if you are a tech nerd, this shouldn''t be much of an issue for you to figure out and resolve. Besides the crack in the screen, the laptop functions. The only thing that should be looked into is the icons on the screen once logged in. Everything pops up, it''s just some of the images of the applications you''re trying to go onto doesn''t pop up sometimes. Other than that, good laptop that comes with a perfect condition charger and a laptop back in case you needed one temporarily.
