This item is open and has all of it''s original parts for the unit itself .I don''t know if it had a baster in the box or if that is something you buy separate.it is very clean and works perfect it has extra tray parts and anything you see in the pictures .I don''t know if anyone ever used it .it''s 500 watts and a safer bet then most of them I''ve seen on eBay .the used ones I''ve viewed seem to be missing parts as you see in the picture I have a baggie that has the center pieces.if you have any questions feel free to ask .
